SEC filings become
analyst-style research reports.

Dolph organizes SEC EDGAR financial data into statements, ratios, charts and commentary. It reads 10-K, 10-Q and foreign-issuer facts from 20-F, 6-K and 40-F filings. Financial reports lock their figures to selected annual periods and show the dates.

Get a financial research report from one ticker.

Review annual financial statements with calculated ratios and written commentary. Charts put revenue and cash flow changes in context. Each section shows its fiscal periods.

Download the figures as CSV for your valuation model.

Check the filing,
the formula and the period.

Source receipts identify the SEC accession, XBRL concept, period and original value behind a reported figure. Derived ratios record their formulas and source inputs. Operating margin, for example, is operating income divided by revenue.

Missing inputs carry reason labels. Reports flag negative-equity ratios and other non-comparable cases. Fiscal dates stay visible across a peer comparison.

Automated checks test arithmetic and period consistency on every report. Narrative checks bind figures to the underlying report data. An independent audit has completed 41,008 source and calculation checks across 10 issuers, with filing-level review covering 42 accessions.

Where does the data come from?

Companies’ official annual and quarterly reports filed with the SEC. Dolph reads financial facts from domestic filings (10-K and 10-Q) and foreign-issuer filings (20-F, 6-K and 40-F). Generated financial reports use selected annual periods. Disclosure search also finds filings such as current reports (8-K) and proxy statements.

How do I know the numbers are right?

Source receipts connect reported figures to an exact SEC accession, XBRL tag and period. Derived figures record their formulas and source inputs. Automated arithmetic, period and narrative checks run on every report. Our independent SEC audit has completed 41,008 source and calculation checks across 10 issuers.

What's in a report?

An executive summary and metric dashboard lead into charts and commentary. Financial-statement tables and SEC references follow. Missing inputs have reason labels. Peer reports compare up to five companies and show each company’s fiscal period.

What's a bulk filing download?

Select up to 15 filings for one ZIP download. The outer archive contains a separate ZIP for each filing, holding the files available in its SEC filing directory, such as the primary document, exhibits, images and XBRL files. Keep the source documents together for offline reading and citation.

Can I use this for class assignments?

Yes. Build the financial foundation of a stock pitch or valuation project. Compare your company with its peers for a case competition. Export statements and ratios to Excel for your model, then cite the SEC filings listed in the report’s sources. Follow your course’s rules on tools and citation.
